  5. Yes, this is very similar to something in the radiohead.com scrapbook. They probably don't have anything new to post yet. But at least we're prety much guaranteed something new almost every day. B-)

  8. Someone from atease figured it out. If you assign a letter to each face (doesn't matter which one) and use the same random letter if the mouth/hands are in the same position, you can use some kind of program to decode it. (So the second face and the last face are the same because they're both 'e').

  11. If you really feel like decoding, you don't need to use software to do it. These symbol = letter codes are almost always easy to break. E is the most commonly appearing letter, so you can start by assuming that the symbol used most often is E.

    For other letters, Scrabble scores are a good indicator. Letters with high value are used fairly rarely, while lower scoring letters appear more frequently. With a bit of math and a lot of patience, you can solve a code like this in pretty short order.
