This is similar to some old stuff in the scrapbook section of their website...

  3. it is exactly the same picture that is in the scrapbook, not just *similar*! :S

that prooves that half the stuff that they put in hodiau direkton is not definnitive material for the lp7 artwork, maybe just sketches or random drawings. And it is as simply as they don't have enough finished artwork for putting one new picture each day.
Still, i always liked perspectives and i always tougth that this drawing was cool, even if it is really simple.

Lest just hope they keep posting more audio clips and videos!

ok c'mon now, Mr. donwood has a show this week in rotterdamn and mister yorke is busily recording, i'm sure one of them is doing their best to keep up the daily dose on HD. I say cut them both some slack and be happy we got anything at all. At least we know that one of them saw this picture and made a funny aside, "work here" , a play on the whole "you'd be home now" title. Have some empathy, remember they owe us nothing.

  5. Yes, and Stanley Donwood will also have another exhibition at the Lazarides gallery in London, which starts on Friday the 15th of May at noon. http://www.lazinc.com/news/
Apparently some of the new artwork will be revealed there, judging from the artwork shown in the news bit.

I think HD is Stanley and Thom's take on the "Daily Nice" by Jason Evans. Not everything they put up daily has to do with lp7, just stuff that interested them in the moment. Yeah, sure it draws people in and allows them to showcase their upcoming art/music. We all know those two love puzzles and puzzling their fans with surprises. Plus its an insight into what their thinking about each day or not, lol! very cool thing to do in my opinion.

  8. It's very similar to the 2006 tour poster and the outletetching print... but it seems to be a 'work in progress'.

  9. Doesn't suck. At all.

Reminds me a bit of the graphics from U2's "Pop" inlay. Supermarket, mainstream, boxes and blocks. "Freedom" in a cubicle.

Maybe it's scrapbook material, but still, within the works we've seen over the last weeks, it follows the mood nicely.

  10. yeah, like fishee said, the tour poster, was it just the august dates or were there similiar posters earlier in the year?

  11. I think there were two different posters made for the tour. They only have one kind left at w.a.s.t.e.

big letdown, i got kicked out of a joan jett concert because i sat in the wrong seat. i got treated like scum by the venue owner. i caught a fleeting glimpse of her on stage before i got escorted out. i had a childhood crush on her. (tears).

what's worse is that i'll probably never get to see her ever again in my life. i mean come on the lady is close to retirement, whatever that means. but rh helps me get through my many moods.

MY MOODS: pissy, whiny, groany, poopy, sappy, neurotic, anxious, terrified, sorry fo my self.
